Christchurch Artist
Corrina grew up on a dairy farm in a small town in Waikato, New Zealand, and is currently based in Christchurch, New Zealand. She is a self-taught artist who uses each painting as a metaphor to life and learning. As a child psychologist and couples therapist, she uses art to understand more about herself, how it can heal, and as a way to share her perception of beauty with others.
Corrina aims to leave viewers feeling uplifted, connected, and joyful. She is inspired by the American West, with its rocky landscapes and desert cacti, as well as Native American culture, animals, and the landscapes of New Zealand. Her style is a mixture of surrealism and post-impressionism, with a focus on evoking a range of emotions through her artwork.
